Payment

All prices listed on the website include VAT and is excluding shipping costs.

Geum ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, MobilePay Online, and Klarna. We do not charge any transaction fees.

The payment will only be withdrawn from your account once the item has been shipped.

Geum ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, ensuring full security of the connection.

Reservation of Amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds will remain reserved on your card or account until:

• We withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or

• The funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card through your card issuer.

 

Shipping

We only ship goods within the EU. Delivery time for your order is typically 1–3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays are shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on weekdays are shipped the following day. If, in special cases, delivery time is extended, we will notify you by email.

We deliver to private addresses within the EU.

All items are shipped with GLS or DAO within Denmark.

 

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

Your withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you ordered multiple items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

This means you have 30 days from receipt of the item to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can contact us at info@geumstudios.com or use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of these terms.

You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing receipt without notifying us.

Partial Withdrawal

If you purchased multiple items, you may return one or more items even if they were ordered together.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you withdraw from only part of the purchase.

Returns

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item.

You must cover the cost of return shipping, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

If the item has been devalued because you used it beyond what was necessary to determine its nature, properties, and functioning, you will only receive a partial refund. The amount depends on the item’s commercial value, and in some cases, you may only receive the shipping costs back.

We recommend returning the item in the original packaging.
Missing original packaging may lead to a reduction in value.

 

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item is devalued, the amount you are liable for will be deducted.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (not including additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery), no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide documentation that the item has been returned.

You may also withdraw from the purchase by notifying us and delivering the item in person at the above address by prior agreement.

 

Lifetime Guarantee

At GEUM, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. All items purchased from us come with a lifetime guarantee covering manufacturing defects and issues such as tarnishing, fading, or accidental breakage under normal use.

If your claim is approved, you are entitled to have the item repaired or replaced. We offer one free replacement per item under this guarantee.

To submit a claim, please email us at info@geumstudios.com with:

• A clear photo of the item

• A description of the issue

• Your order number and receipt

We recommend returning the item in secure packaging. Remember to obtain proof of postage so we can refund your reasonable return shipping costs if the claim is approved.

The lifetime guarantee does not cover:

• Lost or stolen items

• Scratches from normal wear

• Intentional or negligent damage

• Damage caused by someone other than the owner

• General wear that does not affect function (e.g., small dents or marks)

If purchasing as a business, we reserve the right to repair items rather than replace them.

 

Complaints

If you wish to file a complaint about your purchase, please contact us at info@geumstudios.com.
If we cannot resolve the issue, you may file a complaint with:

To submit a complaint, the item or service must cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK.
For clothing and shoes, the minimum price is 720 DKK.
A fee applies for complaint processing.
