We do not ship to Norway, Switzerland, UK and other countries outside of the EU. 

Return fee

The return fee is 4 EUR/ 40 DKK / 50 SEK, and the amount will be deducted from the purchase price.

Right of Withdrawal (EEA Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day period at info@geumstudios.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Items must be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will issue a refund using the original payment method within 14 days, provided the returned goods meet our return requirements. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Conformity of Goods

Under applicable consumer protection laws in the EEA, all products sold by us are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity. This means that the goods you receive must match their description, be fit for their intended purpose, and meet reasonable expectations of quality and performance.

If an item is defective, damaged, or does not conform to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@geumstudios.com. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

These statutory rights apply in addition to any voluntary return or warranty policies we may offer and cannot be limited or excluded by our policies.
